The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. From recommending great places to eat to helping us arrange tickets, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was stylish, clean, and provided a cozy retreat after a long day exploring the city. We even had a lovely balcony, albeit a bit small, but still usable. Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, like an old elevator and limited breakfast options, these were easily overshadowed by the overall greatness of our experience. I highly recommend My Secret Spagna for an exceptional stay in Rome! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it was near everything I wanted to see and close to all the good shops. It was really close to the subway which made it very easy to travel around this city. The cleanliness of this hotel was extraordinary. The hotel facilities were great especially the hydro bath and espresso machine. The light breakfast of cornetto, juice and some pastry was enough for me to start my day.
